Default Menu Location: Maintain >> Address Book >> Distribution Lists
Screen Name: ADDDISTLIST
Function: Create and maintain distribution lists that can be used in Message Control and when creating/sending alerts.

 Add New Members - Click for full size |
Fields
Add New Members: Click this button to add new members to an existing distribution list.
Remove Selected: Select one or more contact from the grid and click this button to remove them from the distribution list.
Additional Information
Distribution Lists can be applied to a contact record in order to send pre-determined alerts to the list.

It is also possible to choose a distribution list in Message Control by clicking the Distribution List icon.
