General Description

The Production Schedule Master is the interface between Adjutant and the ASC rollformer. The Production Schedule Master is populated when an item flagged to "produce" from the sales order is sent to production. Upon exiting the Production Schedule master screen the system will automatically check to see if all buttons have been run at least once during the day. If the buttons have not been run, all buttons will automatically process.

Screen Filters

Today: This checkbox automatically populates the load date with today's date, then filters the view in the grid to the load date.

Other Sort Orders (Natural and Length): This selection allows viewing of the grid in the natural order the data was pushed into the grid or by length.

Load Date: Filters the view in the grid allowing the items for that specific load to be visible.

Order Number: Filter the view in the grid to a specific order number.

Production Plant: This is a dropdown which allows filtering by a specific plant.

The "A" and "N" buttons: "A" button checks off all visible items in the grid. The "N" button unchecks all visible items in the grid.

Profile: This is a dropdown in which the contents are determined by the Profile rule. The Profile has a description of the item and a coordinating ProfileID which links the particular line back to the profile in the ASC Access tables.

Material: This is a dropdown in which the contents are determined by the PmatOne and PmatTwo rules. The purpose for two rules in this case is because one rule coordinates with Panel Line and the other rule coordinates with the Purlin Line. The rules consist of a description, the associated line and an ID. Again the ID links back to the ASC Access tables.

Gauge: This is a dropdown in which the contents are determined by the PGaugeOne and PGuageTwo rules. The purpose for two rules in this case is because one rule coordinates with Panel Line and the other rule coordinates with the Purlin Line. The rules consist of a description, the associated line and an ID. Again the ID links back to the ASC Access tables.

Width: This is a dropdown in which the contents are determined by the PWidthOne, PWidthTwo and PWidthThree rules. The purpose for three rules is because one rule coordinates with Panel Line, rule two coordinates with the Purlin Line and rule three coordinates with SSR. The rules consist of a description, the associated line and an ID. Again the ID links back to the ASC Access tables.

Color: This is a dropdown in which the contents are determined by the PColorOne and PColorTwo rules. The purpose for two rules in this case is because one rule coordinates with Panel Line and the other rule coordinates with the Purlin Line. The rules consist of a description, the associated line and an ID. Again the ID links back to the ASC Access tables.

Clear: This button clears out any filters which were selected.

Grid Data

Punches: One of the columns in the grid is a "Punches". Designated for definable special punches. The button brings up an adjunct screen to enter punches into. Once completed the "Load Punches" must be selected to save the punches.

Sel: This is the "Selection" checkbox. The item ready to be pushed to the ASC controller must be selected before hitting the "Process Schedule" button.
