Implementation Consultant
Our successful candidate will be an Implementation Consultant for Adjutant software, a complete enterprise management software application for small and medium sized businesses.
- Define and analyze clients' needs and business requirements
- Create project plans and track progress to completion
- Maintain constant stream of communication between client and implementation team
- Effectively educate clients on Adjutant software through training and documentation
- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of implementation projects
- Provide software support to clients when needed
- Develop expert proficiency in Adjutant software and the industries we work with
- BA/BS preferred
- Experience in accounting and/or ERP software implementations
- Great understanding of accounting principles and processes
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Good understanding of a variety of technologies and platforms (client/server, web, relational databases, etc)
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
- Excellent time management and organization skills with a track record of completing projects on time
- Team oriented personality with the ability to succeed on your own when required
- A passion for delivering results and exceeding client expectations
- A willingness to travel when required
