Implementation Consultant

Position Overview:

As the Implementation Consultant for ABIS, Inc., you will oversee the successful implementation of the Adjutant Software, our proprietary ERP platform, into new client-partner’s operational environment, as well as direct current users on the optimal utilization of Adjutant. The successful candidate’s goal will be to deploy industry best practices to improve our client-partners’ business processes, eliminate redundancies and pain points across the organization. Success in the Implementation Consultant role will drive ABIS’ business growth by helping our clients reach their business goals and leading them in continuous improvement efforts, while simultaneously developing yourself as a Subject Matter Expert in the industries we serve.

Responsibilities:

As an Implementation Consultant for ABIS, you will ensure all current and future clients are able to fully reap the benefits of our software while strategizing how best to reach their business goals. In this position, you will be responsible for:

  • Headlining the implementation of our enterprise platform, including:
  • Conducting on-site analyses of gaps in current business processes.
  • Configuring Adjutant to a tailored fit for each client’s operations.
  • Overseeing the transfer of data into, training over, and testing within the system.
  • Providing support after a customer goes live.
  • Cultivating the longevity of our relationships with our client-partners by ensuring they receive our trademark “white glove” treatment through every interaction.
  • Handling sensitive client data with integrity and discretion.
  • Ensuring projects progress on time and on budget.
  • Representing our organization honorably during all interactions with current clients, prospective customers, and industry professionals among the numerous associations with which ABIS holds membership.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, we are looking for the following skills:

Technical:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business, Accounting, Management Information Systems, or related fields.
  • 1+ years of software experience required in an implementation, support, or consulting capacity.
  • High competency with Microsoft Office products required, including Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work up to 25% of the time on-site at customer locations required.
  • Microsoft SQL experience strongly preferred.

Professional:

  • Be a naturally self-motivated team member and have a strong desire to be a consistently high performer.

Software Developer

Position Overview:

As a Developer for ABIS, Inc., you will collaborate with consultants, system analysts, and members of management in order to sculpt sophisticated, custom solutions that facilitate business process improvements for our client-partners, as well as support those advancements following their deployment in Adjutant. The goal of this position will be to expand our already robust system to handle all necessary functionalities while utilizing user-friendly design practices. A successful candidate will drive ABIS’ business growth by increasing operational efficiency and expanding profit margins for our client-partners, all while simultaneously providing professional development as a programmer.

Responsibilities:

As a Developer for ABIS, you will fortify and expand our platform so that all current and future clients have the capability to improve operational efficiency, eliminate redundancy, and eradicate the pitfalls of human error. In this position, you will be responsible for:

  • Crafting custom developments to automate unique solutions for complex industry challenges.
  • Partnering with our Chief Technology Officer to align technical direction and apply industry best practices.
  • Supporting current users by optimizing the software’s functionality and addressing technical concerns as they arise.
  • Employing user-friendly design practices to create an effective, digestible interface.
  • Tracking upcoming innovations in the technology sector to scout for potential enhancements to the platform.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, we are looking for the following skills:

Technical:

  • 5+ years of experience required in designing and developing software solutions, preferably regarding mobile-aware websites and client-side or server-side software for Cloud solutions.
  • Expertise in .NET/C# and JavaScript required.
  • Experience developing software in .NET/C# or HTML5/CSS preferred.
  • Proficiency in jQuery, XML, ASP.NET, SQL, and object-oriented design preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science preferred.

Professional:

  • This is a largely autonomous role, so the ideal candidate must demonstrate a strong self-initiative with the ability to identify and address areas of improvement with minimal supervision.
  • Applicants will need to exercise strong problem-solving and analytical skills to find unique solutions to complex challenges efficiently and effectively.
