The Implementation Strategist is key to driving business growth, increasing ABIS’s Client-Partner’s satisfaction and helping them reach their business goals. The Strategists ability to see the big picture, move our client-partners closer to their goals using our software platform and build lasting relationships will be essential for extending ABIS’s success. The Strategist will participate in all stages of the implementation life cycle, including gathering client requirements, system configuration, multiple complex testing approaches, and application deployment. The successful candidate will be a person of high character both in person during client visits and in office working in sensitive client data and within live software platform environments.
There will be a heavy focus on quality communication both within the department and with other operational team members at ABIS. Throughout each project, the strategist will be working closely with department managers, client admins and ABIS project managers to ensure customer expectations are met and the projects deploy on-time and on-budget. The ability to educate the clients on our product and processes, build trust and credibility in the community and provide a timely and sound feedback to client stakeholders will be crucial for the Strategists success in new client implementations and continuous improvement projects for existing clients.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in building relationships within the associations and forums ABIS’s client-partners and prospects participate in. The position will work in a fast-paced, high growth environment and will prioritize building and cultivating relationships both internally and externally to drive growth and enabling the leadership team at ABIS to predict profitability from new client projects. This position will collaborate with the business development team, product development personnel and partnering closely with the management to reach these goals.
The Software Quality Assurance Analyst is key to supporting business growth by strengthening critical functions of the software. This role is pivotal in improving our overall effectiveness in helping ABIS’s client-partner’s reach their business goals.
This role is responsible for working within the development team to ensure stability and quality of our robust software platform (Adjutant) through means of exploratory testing, regression testing, and writing automated testing scripts. The successful candidate will also review the daily automated test run results and submit findings to development for correction, as necessary. The Software Quality Assurance Analyst will conduct a wide range of quality-control tests to ensure the software meets or exceeds specified standards and end-user requirements.
Our platform Adjutant is currently in use across North America and the candidate will be working on both future-state product improvements as well as current live environment functionality review. The Software Quality Assurance Analyst will coordinate regularly scheduled software releases with the development team and monitor incoming customer feedback.
The successful candidate’s ability to help organize multiple functions of the business and to seamlessly shift throughout their responsibilities is instrumental for our future growth. They will also be relied on to provide thoughtful perspective on ways to improve the ABIS processes and Adjutant functionality based on their feedback and findings.
