HELP DESK MANAGEMENT

Maintain a custom database or choose from select industry databases of standard material and labor costs upon which to base estimates. After a proposal is accepted, you can easily transfer estimate information to establish budgets. Once in progress, analyze actual budget costs, allowing adjustments to maintain profitability. Invoice on a completed contract or percentage of completion.
PAYABLES MANAGEMENT
The Payables Management feature in Adjutant efficiently manages your company’s expenditures, saving you time and money. This advanced module stores, sorts, and organizes vendor information and transactions. It then uses this information to produce a wide range of reports, including graphical charts which present you with three-dimensional representations of your purchase history and more. It also saves you valuable time by dating your open invoices so you can easily discern how old they are, as well as displaying the amount of cash needed to pay the invoice and suggestions for the best day to pay them off. You can even use Payables Management to take advantage of any early-payment discounts offered to your company. The module can be set up to make automated invoice payments prior to the discount expiration dates, saving you time and money.

Adjutant’s Accounts Receivable module provides instant access to all of your customers’ information. View customer balances, past due totals, payment history on outstanding invoices, open credits, available credit, and year-to-date and accumulated-to-date sales totals while processing invoices. Plus, integrated open balance and open invoice warnings in the Order Entry system help prevent your team from letting customers go over their approved limits.
The Accounts Receivable module also automates calculating and tracking finance charges based on your settings. Collections tracking and reporting are available with easy to use tools that keep all collections data tied to the customer to keep your team and bottom line on track. Automated AR Past Due emails can be configured to keep your customers aware of their obligations.
SCHEDULING
Adjutant’s Scheduling is a direct add-on to the Work Order Management module and provides resource scheduling capabilities for any task created in the system. It enables you to assign and schedule any person, organization, room, asset, piece of equipment, etc. that you designate as a resource.
Control assignments and scheduling based on skill sets and area availability. Automatically notify resources of scheduling changes with integration into the Auto Alert module.
